JOB POSTING Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Niagara Caseworker for Traditional & Site Based Mentoring Programs This permanent 37.5 hours per week position carries a part time Traditional program caseload as well as coordinating our In School Mentoring program. Responsibilities include but not limited to effective recruitment, selection, training; matching, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of matches between identified Littles and adult volunteer Bigs to ensure positive youth development based on current Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada National Service Delivery Standards and local agency policy. Successful candidate will have minimum diploma in Social Service or Child and Youth Work as well as a successful NRPS criminal record and vulnerable sector query certificate.
