Site Based Mentoring Coordinator

This contract position (35 hours per week) is responsible for the effective recruitment, selection, training, matching, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of matches between identified Littles and adult volunteer Bigs to ensure positive youth development based on current Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada National Service Delivery Standards and local agency policy.
