Big Brothers Big Sisters introduces the "New Big Bunch". Big Bunch Leaders are typically matched to three or four waiting list children providing them with opportunities while they are waiting for a permanent one to one match.

Big Bunch Leaders get together with their group on a monthly basis for three to four hours either at an agency sponsored event, or by designing an outing of their own. All Big Bunch Leaders are fully screened and must have reliable transportation.
